Frank M. Casto
Frank M. Casto (30 May 1875 – 25 April 1965) was an American orthodontist who attended Angle School of Orthodontia in 1902. He was the President of the American Association of Orthodontists in 1909 and the American Dental Association in 1935. Life Casto was born in Blanchester, Ohio. He obtained his dental degree in 1898 from Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Delta Sigma Delta (), founded on , is the oldest and largest of the international professional dental fraternities, pre-dating Xi Psi Phi (1889), Psi Omega (1892) and Alpha Omega (1907). History Its inception came when two dental students, Lou Mitchell and Chas Howard, of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor were invited to join a medical fraternity, Nu Sigma Nu.
