Frank Henderson (born December 14, 1931) is an American professional poker player. He currently resides in Houston, Texas. Henderson was the runner-up to Johnny Chan in the 1987 World Series of Poker (WSOP) $10,000 no limit hold'em Main Event for $250,000. He also finished in the money of the same event in 1996. Henderson has made final tables in numerous other WSOP events, including Omaha, Draw, Razz and Seven-Card Stud. He won a WSOP bracelet in the 1989 Pot Limit Omaha event, where he defeated a final table that included Jay Heimowitz, Hoyt Corkins, Phil Hellmuth Phillip Jerome Hellmuth Jr. (born July 16, 1964) is an American professional poker player who has won a record sixteen World Series of Poker bracelets. Early life Henderson was the son of Henry Henderson, a leather merchant of Dundee, and his wife Anne Lindsay, daughter of James Lindsay. He was educated at the High School of Dundee. Frank "Rudy" Henderson (April 7, 1928 – December 28, 2012) was an American politician from Miller, South Dakota. Career Henderson served in the South Dakota Senate twice in 1965-1966 and again in 1969-1970. Henderson had a law practice in Rapid City and then Hill City. Judicial service In 1974, he was elected as a circuit judge for the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court for South Dakota. In 1979 he was elected as an associate justice of the South Dakota Supreme Court, defeating incumbent Lawrence Zastrow and served until 1994. Frank Henderson (December 6, 1922 – April 27, 2015) was a Republican Idaho State Representative from 2012 to 2014 representing District 3 in the B seat. He previously served in District 5 Seat B from 2004 to 2012. Henderson was the mayor of Post Falls, Idaho from 1980 to 1983 and Kootenai County commissioner from 1983 to 1991.
