Francisco Regalón Cerezo (born 19 February 1987) is a Spanish professional Association football, footballer who plays as a Defender (association football)#Centre-back, central defender. Club career Born in Algallarín, Province of Córdoba (Spain), Córdoba, Andalusia, Regalón finished his development with Atlético Madrid, spending six full seasons with Atlético Madrid B, the reserves in the Segunda División B and making his debut in the competition on 12 February 2006 in a 1–1 away draw against AD Alcorcón. In the 2011–12 Segunda División B, 2011–12 campaign, he scored a career-best five goals in 35 matches. Regalón left the ''Colchoneros'' to join CD Numancia in June 2012, signing a one-year contract. He made his Segunda División debut on 18 August, in a 2–0 home win against Sporting de Gijón. Atlético de Madrid B is a Spanish football team based in Madrid, in the community of Madrid. Founded on 17 September 1963, it is the reserve team of Atlético Madrid and currently plays in Segunda Federación – Group 5. They play their home games at Cerro del Espino Stadium. The 2016–17 Segunda División B season was the 40th since its establishment. The first matches of the season were played in August 2016, and the season ended in June 2017 with the promotion play-off finals. Real Madrid Castilla Club de Fútbol is a Spanish football team that plays in Primera Federación – Group 1 for the 2022–23 season. It is Real Madrid's reserve team. They play their home games at the Alfredo Di Stéfano Stadium with a capacity of 6,000 seats. Reserve teams in Spain play in the same league system as their senior team rather than a separate league. Reserve teams, however, cannot play in the same division as their senior team. Therefore, Real Madrid Castilla are ineligible for promotion to the La Liga as long as Real Madrid plays there. Consequently, they must play at least one level below their main side and they are not eligible to play in the Copa del Rey. Soria () is a municipality and a Spanish city, located on the Douro river in the east of the autonomous community of Castile and León and capital of the province of Soria.
