Francis Carr (District Of Maine Politician)
Francis Carr (December 6, 1751 – October 6, 1821) was a U.S. Representative from the District of Maine, which was then part of Massachusetts. He was also the father of U.S. Congressman James Carr, and the founder of a political and mercantile family in Bangor, Maine. Carr was born and attended common schools in Newbury in the Province of Massachusetts Bay. He later moved to Haverhill, married Mary Elliot (b. 1755 in Amesbury), and engaged in the mercantile and shipbuilding business. ''Happy Tree Friends'' is an American adult animated web series created by Aubrey Ankrum, Rhode Montijo, and Kenn Navarro, and developed by Montijo, Navarro, and Jeremy Viet Duong for Mondo Media. The show had achieved a cult following on Mondo Media, G4 and YouTube. Montijo, Navarro, Graff, Ankrum serving as showrunners. Being an adult show disguised as a children's show, the series features cartoon anthropomorphic forest animals. Every episode starts out peacefully with the animals living life as normal, but a sudden event unintentionally (sometimes intentionally) caused by another animal leads to many of the characters being subjected to very extreme and cruel graphic violence. Frances Carr, Countess of Somerset (31 May 1590 – 23 August 1632), born Frances Howard, was an English noblewoman who was the central figure in a famous scandal and murder during the reign of King James I. She was found guilty but spared execution, and was eventually pardoned by the King and released from the Tower of London in early 1622.
