Francesco Moschini
Francesco Moschini (born 1948, Bogliaco, (fraction of Gargnano), Italy) is an Italian architect, art historian, historian and professor of architecture at the Polytechnic University of Bari. Since 2008 he has been appointed member of the Accademia di San Luca and since 2011 he is its general secretary. __NOTOC__ Biography In 1969, after his secondary studies in Brescia, he moved to Rome to attend the Centro sperimentale di cinematografia, at the same time he enrolled in the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Rome La Sapienza, University of Rome. Gargnano
Gargnano ( Gardesano: ) is a town and ''comune'' in the province of Brescia, in Lombardy. It is situated on the western shore of Lake Garda. The municipal territory includes the artificial Valvestino Lake, created in 1962. History The name of the village appears for the first time in a document of 937 as Garniano, perhaps derived from the Latin stem ''Garenius''. Passages of the Roman historian Titus Livius and inscriptions on headstones testify to the presence of Etruscans, Celts, Cenomani and Romans. From 1350 to 1426 the territory of Gargnano was a dominion of the Visconti of Milan, later a dominion of the Republic of Venice.
