Francesco Alfano
Francesco Alfano (born 13 June 1956) is an Italian Catholic archbishop. He is currently the Archbishop of Sorrento-Castellammare di Stabia and previously served as Archbishop of Sant'Angelo dei Lombari-Conza-Nusco-Bisaccia. Biography Francesco Alfano was born on 13 June 1956 in the ''comune'' of Nocera Inferiore in Campania, Italy. He attended the minor diocesan seminary in Salerno. As a student at the Almo Collegio Capranica, he studied philosophy and theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University, receiving a licentiate in dogmatic theology. He was then ordained a priest on 17 November 1982 in the Diocese of Nocera Inferioe-Sarno. Excellency
Excellency is an honorific style given to certain high-level officers of a sovereign state, officials of an international organization, or members of an aristocracy. Once entitled to the title "Excellency", the holder usually retains the right to that courtesy throughout their lifetime, although in some cases the title is attached to a particular office, and is held only for the duration of that office. Generally people addressed as ''Excellency'' are heads of state, heads of government, governors, ambassadors, Roman Catholic bishops and high-ranking ecclesiastics and others holding equivalent rank (e.g., heads of international organizations). Pasquale Cascio (born 29 November 1957) is an Italian ordinary of the Catholic Church. He currently serves as the Archbishop of Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi-Conza-Nusco-Bisaccia. Biography Pasquale Cascio was born on 29 November 1957 in Castelcivita, a ''comune'' in the Province of Salerno and the Italian region of Campania. He entered the Pius IX Seminary in Salerno and then attended the Almo Collegio Capranica in Rome. He subsequently studied philosophy and theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University. He then received a Licentiate of Sacred Scripture from the Pontifical Biblical Institute. Cascio was ordained a priest on 23 July 1983 in the Diocese of Teggiano-Policastro. Paolo Romeo (born 20 February 1938) is a cardinal and archbishop emeritus of Palermo. He was appointed to the see of Palermo by Pope Benedict XVI on 19 December 2006. A consultor is one who gives counsel, i.e., a counselor. In the Catholic Church, it is a specific title for various advisory positions: *in the Roman Curia, a consultor is a specially appointed expert who may be called upon for advice desired by a department.
