Francišak Valancinavič (Franak) Viačorka (Viacorka) ( be, Франці́шак Валянці́навіч Вячо́рка, russian: Франтишек Валентинович Вечёрко, ''Frantishek Valentinovich Vechyorko'', born 26 March 1988) is a politician and journalist from Belarus, President of the Digital Communication Network and non-resident fellow at the Atlantic Council. Currently, Viačorka functions as Senior Advisor to Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, Belarusian politician. Minsk
Minsk ( be, Мінск ; russian: Минск) is the capital and the largest city of Belarus, located on the Svislach and the now subterranean Niamiha rivers. As the capital, Minsk has a special administrative status in Belarus and is the administrative centre of Minsk Region (voblast) and Minsk District (raion). As of January 2021, its population was 2 million, making Minsk the 11th most populous city in Europe.
