Foster's Hollywood is a chain of American food restaurants located in Spain and Portugal, whose establishments are characterized as so-called “casual restaurants”, but understood in a foreign culture to be a type of ethnic restaurant, such as Italian or Asian. History The enterprise was founded in 1971 by four young Californians residing in Spain (Mark Brownstein, Douglas Delfeld and the brothers Anthony B. and Stephen A. Unger) all of whom were directly connected to filmmaking and missed authentic American food.
