Forum Research is a Canadian market research and polling firm founded in 1993 by Dr. Lorne Bozinoff. Forum Research Inc. is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario and has offices throughout Canada (Edmonton, Toronto and Vancouver) and around the world (Houston, Buenos Aires, Dubai, Mumbai and Shanghai). Political polling Forum conducts regular polls on municipal, provincial and federal politics for major Canadian news outlets, including the Toronto Star, National Post and Sun newspaper chain. A privately held company (or simply a private company) is a company whose shares and related rights or obligations are not offered for public subscription or publicly negotiated in the respective listed markets, but rather the company's stock is offered, owned, traded, exchanged privately, or Over-the-counter (finance), over-the-counter.
