Stefano Fortunato (born 15 January 1990) is an Italian association football, footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. Biography Son of former footballer Daniele Fortunato, Fortunato started his career at Veneto club U.C. Montecchio Maggiore, Montecchio Maggiore. Fortunato was selected by Veneto Regional Allievi Representative Team in 2006. He made his senior debut in 2006–07 Serie D season. In August 2008 he was signed by Serie A club Parma F.C., Parma. "The Cask of Amontillado" (sometimes spelled "The Casque of Amontillado" ) is a short story by American writer Edgar Allan Poe, first published in the November 1846 issue of ''Godey's Lady's Book''. The story, set in an unnamed Italy, Italian city at carnival time in an unspecified year, is about a man taking fatal revenge on a friend who, he believes, has insulted him. Like several of Poe's stories, and in keeping with the 19th-century fascination with the subject, the narrative revolves around a person being buried alive – in this case, by immurement. As in "The Black Cat (short story), The Black Cat" and "The Tell-Tale Heart", Poe conveys the story from the murderer's perspective. Maestro António Fortunato de Figueiredo ComSE (20 August 1903 – 1981) was a Goan conductor and violinist. He was India's first conductor of western classical music. Early life and education António Fortunato de Figueiredo was born in Nacordá- Loutolim, in Goa ( Portuguese India), the son of Goan Catholic parents Gabriel de Figueiredo and Ermelinda Parras e Figueiredo. Fortunato Mizzi (5 July 1844 – 18 May 1905) was a Maltese lawyer and politician. Biography Born of Francesco Mizzi Marianna Galea, Fortunato Mizzi was descendant of an old Italian-Maltese family, whose ancestor Pietro Mizzi emigrated to Gozo from Italy in 1655. Mizzi was a member of the Pro-Italian Maltese community and showed in his political activity strong support toward Italy's Risorgimento and in defence of the official use of the Italian language and of Italian culture in Malta. Mizzi founded the ''Partito Anti-Riformista'' in 1880 and, later, the ''Partito Nazionale'' (today's Nationalist Party). he would campaign for a new constitution from the one that was made back in 1849. Fortunato Depero (30 March 1892 – 29 November 1960) was an Italian futurist painter, writer, sculptor, and graphic designer. Biography Although born in Fondo or in the neighboring village of Malosco, according to other sources (in the Italian Trentino region, at that time the County of Tyrol in the Austrian-Hungarian empire), Depero grew up in Rovereto and it was here he first began exhibiting his works, while serving as an apprentice to a marble worker. It was on a 1913 trip to Florence that he discovered a copy of the paper ''Lacerba'' and an article by one of the founders of the futurism movement, Filippo Tommaso Marinetti. Fortunato Arriola (1827–1872), born in Cosalá, Sinaloa, Mexico, was a painter of portraits and luminous tropical landscapes that were very popular in San Francisco, California, where he came to live in 1857. The son of a wealthy landowner, Arriola was a handsome, distinguished and cultivated man. He was self-taught as an artist and began his career painting portraits. His style was realistic, which he carried into his paintings of nature landscape scenes, for which he is most well-known. Contemporary critics especially praised Arriola’s paintings depicting moonlight and tropical scenes. He had a studio near the corner of Kearney and Clay Streets that was a gathering place for Mexican exiles, a place of intellectual ferment and the occasional brawl.
