Forest Park Jr-Sr High School is a 7–12 grade public learning institution located in Ferdinand, Indiana. It serves the Southeast Dubois County School Corporation. Forest Park High School is a public secondary school in the Dorchester neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland, United States. Forest Park was established in 1924 as the Forest Park Junior-Senior High School. In 1932, the Forest Park Junior High School was moved and renamed the Garrison Junior High School. The Old Senior High School remained at its 4300 Chatham Road location until 1981 when it was torn down and the new school was built and occupied at the current Eldorado location. Forest Park School District is a public school district in Iron County in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The district covers serves a population of 4,320 across approximately 640 square miles, including the townships of Crystal Falls, Hematite, Mansfield, and Mastodon as well as the towns of Amasa, Alpha, and Crystal Falls. The school serves approximately 450 pre-kindergarten to twelfth grade students, who receive instruction in one building from 30 teachers for a student-teacher ratio of 14:1 as of 2019. As of 2022, the School District superintendent is Christy Larson. Forest Park High School (Beaumont, Texas)
Forest Park High School in Beaumont, Texas, was one of three high schools in the South Park Independent School District, along with South Park High School and the majority black Hebert High School. It opened in 1962 to serve the expanding west-side neighborhoods of Beaumont. In 1982, by order of federal district judge Robert Parker, it was merged with Hebert to form West Brook Senior High School in order to achieve racial integration in the district. South Park was also subsequently merged into West Brook, which now occupies the former Forest Park campus. History Forest Park High School opened in 1962 to serve the expanding west end of Beaumont; six years later the wealthy school district replaced the campus. It and South Park High School were almost entirely white; in 1968, 3% of Forest Park's students were black, and in 1976, after a first federal order for the district to desegregate, 2%.
