The Pre-Olympic tournaments of the Asian Qualifiers for the 1984 Summer Olympic were held from 12 August 1983 to 29 April 1984. Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Qatar qualified. First round North Korea national football team, North Korea was banned from international competitions for two years by the AFC and FIFA for attacking a referee after the 1982 Asian Games football semi-final match against Kuwait in New Delhi, India. The Rec.Sport.Soccer Statistics Foundation (RSSSF) is an international organization dedicated to collecting statistics about association football. The foundation aims to build an exhaustive archive of football-related information from around the world.
