The Football League Third Division North and Football League Third Division South were the third tiers of the English football league pyramid from 1921 to 1958, ran by The Football League. Kenneth Furphy (28 May 1931 – 17 January 2015) was an English football player and manager. Despite being on the books at Everton between 1950 and 1951, Furphy was a lower league player with Runcorn (1951–53) Darlington (1953–62) and then Workington (1962–64). James Swanson Harrower (19 June 1924 – February 1992) was a Scottish professional footballer who played as a left back in the Football League. He played for Scottish club Third Lanark and English club Accrington Stanley in seven-year spells, from 1947 to 1961. Michael John Grice (3 November 1931 – August 2002) was an English footballer who played as a winger. Career Born in Woking, Surrey, Grice began his career at Lowestoft Town before signing for Colchester United in 1952. John William Rainford (11 December 1930 – 21 May 2001) was an English professional footballer who played as an inside forward.
