Football Federation Of Ukraine
The Ukrainian Association of Football (UAF) ( uk, Українська асоціяція футболу, Ukrayins'ka Asotsiyatsiya Futbolu) is the governing body of football in Ukraine. Before 2019 it was known as the Football Federation of Ukraine, FFU ( uk, Федерація Футболу України, Federatsiya Futbolu Ukrayiny). As a subject of the International Olympic Movement, UAF is a member of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine. UAF is also member of international football organizations such as UEFA and FIFA. Ukrainian Association of Football governs all sport events and organizations associated with the game of football including irregular competitions of beach football, mini-football, street football and others. Viktor Bannikov
Viktor Maksymovych Bannikov (russian: Ви́ктор Макси́мович Ба́нников, uk, Віктор Максимович Банніков; 28 April 1938 – 25 April 2001) was a Ukrainian football official and a Soviet player. He was considered one of the best goalkeepers in the Soviet Union earning the title of the best twice in 1964 and 1970. Bannikov had 138 clean sheets earning him a place in the symbolic Lev Yashin club. Distinguished Master of Sport of USSR (1991). Council of People's Commissars of the Ukrainian SSR ( uk, Рада Народних Комісарів УРСР) or the Radnarkom ( uk, Раднарком) was the highest governing body of executive power in Ukrainian SSR from January 1919 to 1946. The All-Union Central Executive Committee (russian: Всесоюзный Центральный исполнительный комитет, Vsesoyuznyy Tsentral'nyy ispolnitel'nyy komitet) was the most authoritative governing body of the USSR during the interims of the sessions of the All-Union Congress of Soviets.
