Banca Caripe S.p.A. was an Italian saving bank based in Pescara, Abruzzo Region. There were 13 branches of the bank outside the Province of Pescara in Abruzzo and Marche regions, out of 48 total. In 2016 the bank was absorbed by the parent company Banca Popolare di Bari, but retaining as brand. History Cassa di Risparmio e di Credito Agrario di Loreto Aprutino was found in Loreto Aprutino, Kingdom of Italy in 1871. In 1936 the bank was renamed into Cassa di Risparmio della Provincia di Pescara, con sede in Loreto Aprutino (later shorten to Cassa di Risparmio di Pescara e Loreto Aprutino). ''Società'' (Italian: ''Society'') was an Italian communist cultural magazine published in Italy between 1945 and 1961. History and profile ''Società'' was founded as a quarterly magazine in Florence in 1945. The founders were Ranuccio Bianchi Bandinelli, Cesare Luporini and Romano Bilenchi. Bandinelli also directed the magazine. In 1948 the magazine became closer to the Italian Communist Party (PCI), but was not published by the party. Banca Tercas, formerly known as Cassa di Risparmio della Provincia di Teramo was an Italian savings bank based in Teramo, Abruzzo. On 1 January 2011 the bank purchased fellow savings bank Banca Caripe from Banco Popolare. The enlarged banking group was also referred as Tercas Caripe. However, Tercas was acquired by Banca Popolare di Bari (BP Bari) in 2014, which in turn Tercas and Caripe became part of the BP Bari Group as divisions. A spin off organization of the bank, Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio della Provincia di Teramo or Fondazione Tercas, still operates as a charity organization and independent from Banca Popolare di Bari. Cassa di Risparmio delle Provincie Lombarde known as Cariplo SpA, was an Italian bank. On 2 January 1998 the bank merged with Banco Ambrosiano Veneto to form Banca Intesa.
