Fomget Gençlik Ve Spor
Anakara Büyükşehir Belediyesi Fomget Gençlik ve Spor Kulübü, formerly Fomget Gençlik ve Spor, is a Turkish women's football sports club, based in the Mamak district of Ankara and sponsored by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality. FOMGET is short for Folklor Müzik ve Gençlik Topluluğu (Folk Dance, Music and Youth Society), a youth and sports club best known for its folk dance group. Currently, they play in the Turkcell Women's Football Super League. Club president is Taner Bozkuş. History Fomget GS began playing in the Women's Regional Football League. They finished the 2009–10 season in the second position after the play-offs, and were promoted to the Turkish Women's Second Football League. In the 2011–12 season, they were admitted to the Women's First League. After two seasons, the team was relegated to the Second League. Yenimahalle, Ankara
Yenimahalle is a metropolitan district of Ankara Province in the Central Anatolia region of Turkey, a fast-growing urban residential district of the city of Ankara, Turkey's capital. According to 2010 census, population of the urban center is 648,160. The district covers an area of , and the average elevation is . Yenimahalle today The name ''Yenimahalle'' means ''the new quarter'' and in the late 1940s the area of open land to the west of the city was allocated for civil servants and workers housing. This grew with the construction of the E5 highway through the area and even more when the metro was built. Today the district mainly consists of large estates of apartment buildings and although the area is being filled up with concrete buildings there is still green space, tennis courts and other sports areas. 2019–20 Turkish Women's First Football League
The 2019–20 season of the Turkish Women's First Football League is the 24th season of Turkey's premier women's football league. The league season started with the first week matches on 20 October 2019, and the regular season will conclude with the 22nd week matches on 3 May 2020. The number of participating teams was increased from ten to twelve again after eight seasons. Trabzon İdmanocağı was relegated after the previous season due to not show-up. The promoted Women's Second League teams are Adana İdmanyurduspor of Adana, Fomget Gençlik ve Spor from Ankara and Kocaeli Bayan FK of İzmit. Four teams from Istanbul continue to take part in the 2019–20 season.
