Francesco Follo
Francesco Follo (born 22 October 1946) is an Italian priest of the Catholic Church who has worked in the diplomatic service of the Holy See as its Permanent Observer to UNESCO from 2002 to 2021. He spent the previous twenty years in the offices of the Vatican Secretariat of State and before that worked as a journalist and performed pastoral work. Biography Francesco Follo was born on 22 October 1946 in Pandino, in the Cremona Province. He was ordained a priest of the Diocese of Cremona on 28 June 1970. He was vicar of San Marco Evangelista in Casirate d'Adda from 1970 to 1976. He obtained a master's degree in theology from the in 1976, a Master's degree in philosophy at the Aloisianum of Gallarate in 1979 and a doctorate in philosophy at the Pontifical Gregorian University in 1984. Raymond Isaac Follo is a Congolese politician who has served in the National Assembly of Congo-Brazzaville since 2012. Life and career At the Sixth Extraordinary Congress of the Congolese Labour Party (PCT), held in July 2011, Follo was elected to the PCT's 471-member Central Committee. In the July–August 2012 parliamentary election, Follo stood as the PCT candidate in Ngoyo constituency, located in Pointe-Noire. Follo, Norway
Follo (old spelling Foldouge) is one of three traditional and judicional districts in the former fylke (county) of Akershus, Norway - south east of Oslo towards the former county of Østfold, the other two regions being Romerike (east of Oslo following european route E6 going east and then north in Norway) and Asker og Bærum (west of Oslo). Follo borders Oslo to the North-West, fellow Akershus district Romerike to the North-East and East, and Østfold to the south. The municipalities of Frogn and Vestby have coast lines along the Oslofjord. Ås and Oppegård have coast lines along the Bunnefjord (a part of the Oslofjord that extends south-east), and Nesodden has coast lines along both fjords. ''Follo'' was a Norwegian newspaper, published in Ski in Akershus county, and named after the district Follo. It was affiliated with the Norwegian Labour Party. From 1947 to 1953 it was named ''Follo Arbeiderblad''. It was established in 1929, and stopped in 1940 at the advent of the German occupation of Norway. It resurfaced as ''Follo Arbeiderblad'' on 7 October 1947, then changed its name to ''Follo'' in May 1953.
