Florinel Coman
Florinel Teodor Coman (; born 10 April 1998) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Liga I club FCSB and the Romania national team. After starting out at Viitorul Constanța and winning a national championship in his third season at the club, Coman signed with FCSB in August 2017 for an eventual transfer fee of €3 million. With the latter, he claimed a Cupa României trophy in the 2019–20 campaign. Individually, Coman was named to the Liga I Team of the Season four times. Coman made his senior debut for Romania in October 2019, after previously being capped at under-17, under-19 and under-21 levels. He represented the latter side in the 2019 UEFA European Championship, where they were eliminated by Germany in the semi-finals. The Germany national under-21 football team represents the under-21s of Germany in the UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship and is controlled by the German Football Association (DFB), the governing body of football in Germany. Before the reunification of Germany, East Germany and West Germany played as separate entities — the two teams played separately until summer 1990. Following the realignment of UEFA's youth competitions in 1976, international under-21 football in Europe began. Gabriel Cristian Iancu (; born 15 April 1994) is a Romanian professional Association football, footballer who plays as a Forward (association football), forward or an Midfielder#Attacking modfielder, attacking midfielder. Iancu began his senior career at Viitorul Constanța in 2011, and at age 18 returned to FCSB where he was previously a junior. A penalty kick (commonly known as a penalty or a spot kick) is a method of restarting play in association football, in which a player is allowed to take a single shot at the goal while it is defended only by the opposing team's goalkeeper. It is awarded when an offence punishable by a direct free kick is committed by a player in their own penalty area. The shot is taken from the penalty mark, which is 11 m (12 yards) from the goal line and centred between the touch lines. Asociația Club Sportiv Poli Timișoara (), commonly known as ACS Poli Timișoara, Poli Timișoara or simply ACS Poli, was a Romanian professional football club based in the city of Timișoara, Timiș County. The team was founded in 2012, the year the old FC Politehnica Timișoara went bankrupt. In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958. Prior to this most games were played with no changes permitted at all, with occasional exceptions in cases of extreme injury or players not arriving to matches on time.
