Florin Bogdan Ștefan (born 9 May 1996) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Liga I club Sepsi OSK. 2013–14 Liga II
The 2013–14 Liga II was the 74th season of the Liga II, the second tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 7 September. The 25 teams were divided in two series (with 13, respectively 12 teams). The regular season was played in a round-robin tournament. The first six teams from each series played a play-off for promotion to Liga I. The teams placed 6th to 12th played in a Relegation play-out. The first two teams in each series promoted at the end of the season to Liga I, and the teams placed below the 10th place were relegated to Liga III. The season started on 15 July 2021 and is scheduled to end in May 2022. Suspended in March 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic in Romania, the season resumed on 13 June and effectively ended on 5 August. It was the fifth season to take place since the play-off/play-out rule had been introduced. CFR Cluj were two-time defending champions, and they successfully defended their title once more. Universitatea Craiova contented for the trophy until the final fixture of the championship play-offs, and ultimately finished as runner-ups, while FCSB were unable to claim a top three spot in the table for the first time since the 2010–11 season. Asociația Club Sportiv Sepsi OSK Sfântu Gheorghe, commonly known as Sepsi OSK (), Sepsi Sfântu Gheorghe (), or simply Sepsi, is a Romanian professional football club based in Sfântu Gheorghe, Covasna County, that competes in the Liga I. Founded in 2011, it achieved promotion to the top tier in six years by quickly climbing through the Romanian league system. Sepsi thus became the first team from Covasna—a county with a majority of Székely ethnics—to play in the Liga I. The 2017–18 Liga I (also known as Liga 1 Betano for sponsorship reasons) was the 100th season of the Liga I, the top professional league for Romanian association football clubs. The season began on 14 July 2017 and ended on 2 June 2018, being the third to take place since the play-off/play-out format has been introduced. Defending champions Viitorul Constanța came fourth. CFR Cluj became the new champions in the last fixture of the play-off, clinching their fourth league title after finishing one point above FCSB.
