State Road 134 (SR 134) is an , east–west signed state highway located entirely in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida, in the U.S. state of Florida. It extends from SR 228 to U.S. Route 17 (US 17). It is known as 103rd Street west of Wesconnett Boulevard and Timuquana Road east of the intersection. The road is between four and six lanes wide. Route description SR 134 begins at an intersection with Pow-Mia Memorial Parkway at the western end of Cecil Field. It heads east on the north end of the airport until an intersection with SR 23. Just east of Old Middleburg Road, SR 134 crosses the Ortega River for the first time. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is a decentralized agency charged with the establishment, maintenance, and regulation of public transportation in the state of Florida. The State Highway System of the U.S. state of Florida comprises the roads maintained by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) or a toll authority. The components are referred to officially as state roads, abbreviated as SR. History Prior to the 1945 renumbering, State Roads were given numbers in the order they were added to the system. The 1945 renumbering removed many roads that were never built and added some that had not existed prior to 1945. State Road 15 (SR 15) is part of the Florida State Road System. This route is part of a multi two-state route 15 that begins at Florida and ends at Georgia at the North Carolina state line. Route description SR 15 runs from SR 80/ SR 880 at Belle Glade north along the east shore of Lake Okeechobee to Okeechobee. Roosevelt Boulevard is a six lane highway on the west side of Jacksonville, Florida. State Road 21 (SR 21) runs mostly in a southwest-to-northeast direction in the US state of Florida from McMeekin to Jacksonville. It is also known as Blanding Boulevard for much of its length. SR 21 is one of three routes, along with Roosevelt Boulevard (US 17) and the First Coast Expressway ( SR 23), that connect Jacksonville with its surroundings west of the St. Johns River.
