"Flex" is the third single from British rapper Dizzee Rascal's third studio album ''Maths + English'', and ninth overall. The song reached number 23 on the UK Singles Chart, while his previous single placed 1 higher at number 22, but topped the UK Indie Singles Chart for 2 weeks, while his previous single topped it only for a week. Music video The video is set in a dream of Dizzee Rascal's after he falls asleep while watching TV, bored of the programs on it. The video parodies ''The X Factor'' as "Flex Factor" (though the video censors the "X" logo of ''The X Factor'', which was on the TV Dizzee was watching). It features Reggie Yates as one of the three judges along with a woman and Dizzee Rascal. Michael Geoffrey Skinner (born 27 November 1979) is an English rapper, singer-songwriter, musician, and record producer. Best known for the music project the Streets, Skinner has also released music as a solo artist, as part of the D.O.T. with frequent collaborator Rob Harvey, and under the pseudonym The Darker the Shadow the Brighter the Light. Early life Skinner was born in Barnet, but grew up in West Heath, Birmingham. He started playing with keyboards at the tender age of five. Ed Tracy is a British television writer and television director who collaborated with the comedian Kayvan Novak to create all of the ''Fonejacker'' and ''Facejacker'' television shows. Initially working together on Tracy's short film ''Obscene'' in 2003, the pair co-created, wrote and directed the pilot episode of ''Fonejacker'' in 2005. This working partnership continued across two television series of ''Fonejacker'' and two series of ''Facejacker''. Alongside writing and directing, Tracy took a lead role in editing, animation, design, camera, and music composition. The shows were produced by Hat Trick Productions. ''Facejacker'' is a Channel 4 comedy series which started on 16 April 2010. It follows the similar show ''Fonejacker''. Kayvan Novak adopts various disguises (with the aid of prosthetics), including several characters heard in ''Fonejacker''. To promote the show, Novak appeared at ''Channel 4's Comedy Gala'' as Terry Tibbs on 5 April. Series 2 finished filming in July 2011 and premiered on 27 March 2012. ''Fonejacker'' is a British comedy programme broadcast on E4 featuring a series of prank calls involving a number of different characters performed by British Iranian television actor Kayvan Novak. It first appeared in May 2006 and became a full series in 2007. In 2005 Kayvan Novak and Ed Tracy created, wrote and directed Fonejacker, a prank call show, as part of Channel 4 Comedy Lab. After making the pilot together they were given a Christmas special and a six-part series which began airing in the UK on 5 July 2007 on E4 and lasted 6 episodes. They went on to make a second series which began airing on 17 September 2008 on E4, and started on Channel 4 on 6 November 2008. Steven Frayne (born 17 December 1982), better known by his stage name Dynamo, is a British magician born in Bradford, West Yorkshire. His television show '' Dynamo: Magician Impossible'' ran from July 2011 to September 2014, and saw him win the Best Entertainment Programme award at the 2012 and 2013 Broadcast Awards.
