Flavia Lattanzi
Flavia Lattanzi (born 4 October 1940) is an Italian lawyer specialized in international law who is ''ad litem'' judge at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) since 2007 and professor at the Roma Tre University. Between 2003 and 2007, she served as ''ad litem'' judge at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. Early life and education Flavia Lattanzi was born on 4 October 1940 in Addis Ababa, Italian East Africa. As a newborn, she was sent to the English Concentration Camp in Ethiopia together with her mother, while her father was imprisoned in Uganda. She was the only child under the age of three which had been saved from the camp. She studied law at the Sapienza University of Rome where she also specialized in international law. Lattanzi speaks Italian, Russian and English fluently. European Public Law Center (EPLC) was a non-profit institution of international character, founded on 16 November 1995 in Athens, Greece. The aim of the institute was to promote rule of law and democracy across the whole European Union and other countries. EPLC was initially located in downtown Athens, and later relocated its headquarters to Legrena, near Sounio, Attica. EPLC was conceived by the European Group of Public Law and came into effect by a law of the Hellenic Parliament (law 2358/16.11.1995). Spyridon Flogaitis was the director of EPLC from its foundation. Vojislav Šešelj
Vojislav Šešelj ( sr-Cyrl, Војислав Шешељ, ; born 11 October 1954) is a Serbian politician, founder and president of the far-right Serbian Radical Party (SRS); he was convicted of war crimes by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY). Between 1998 and 2000, he served as the deputy prime minister of Serbia. He voluntarily surrendered to the ICTY in February 2003 but his trial did not begin until November 2007. Rasim Delić
Rasim Delić (4 February 1949 – 16 April 2010) was the chief of staff of the Bosnian Army. He was a career officer in the Yugoslav Army but left it during the breakup of Yugoslavia and was convicted of war crimes by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, being sentenced to 3 years in prison.
