Harry Flashman
Sir Harry Paget Flashman is a fictional character created by Thomas Hughes (1822–1896) in the semi-autobiographical ''Tom Brown's School Days'' (1857) and later developed by George MacDonald Fraser (1925–2008). Harry Flashman appears in a series of 12 of Fraser's books, collectively known as ''The Flashman Papers'', with covers illustrated by Arthur Barbosa and Gino D’Achille. Flashman was played by Malcolm McDowell in the Richard Lester 1975 film '' Royal Flash''. In ''Tom Brown's School Days'' (1857), Flashman is portrayed as a notorious Rugby School bully who persecutes Tom Brown and is finally expelled for drunkenness, at which point he simply disappears. The Flashman Papers
''The Flashman Papers'' is a series of novels and shorter stories written by George MacDonald Fraser, the first of which was published in 1969. The books centre on the exploits of the fictional protagonist Harry Flashman. He is a cowardly British soldier, rake and cad who is placed in a series of real historical incidents between 1839 and 1894. While the incidents and much of the detail in the novels have a factual background, Flashman's actions in the stories are either entirely fictional, or the real, historical actions of unidentified individuals that Fraser assigns to him. Flashman is a character in the 1857 novel by Thomas Hughes, ''Tom Brown's School Days''; Hughes' version of the character is a bully at Rugby School who is expelled for drunkenness. ''Flashman'' is a 1969 novel by George MacDonald Fraser. It is the first of the Flashman novels. Plot introduction Presented within the frame of the discovery of the supposedly historical Flashman Papers, this book chronicles the subsequent career of the bully Flashman from ''Tom Brown's School Days''. The book begins with a fictional note explaining that the Flashman Papers were discovered in 1965 during a sale of household furniture in Ashby, Leicestershire. The papers are attributed to Harry Paget Flashman, the bully featured in Thomas Hughes's novel, who becomes a well-known Victorian military hero (in Fraser's fictional England). The papers were supposedly written between 1900 and 1905. is the tenth installment in the ''Super Sentai'' metaseries produced by Toei Company. It was broadcast on TV Asahi from March 1, 1986, to February 21, 1987 , replacing ''Dengeki Sentai Changeman'' and was replaced by ''Hikari Sentai Maskman'' with 50 episodes. It was the first Sentai series that introduced a second giant robot, Titan Boy. Yutaka Izubuchi designed all the characters in the series. Gerald Masters
Gerald Masters born Gerald Watkiss (February 17, 1955 – February 5, 2007) was a musician, solo artist and songwriter, achieving fame during the late seventies and early eighties. After releasing four albums, produced by Tony Atkins, as a solo artist between 1977 and 1983, he continued in the music business working as a producer/writer with Island, working with artists including Andy Gibb, Neville Staples and The Equators. Following this work, he struck up writing partnerships with Aziz Ibrahim (Ex-Simply Red, Stone Roses) and Paul Beard (James Blunt, Robbie Williams, Leona Lewis). In 2006, Masters decided to write and release his own material again, under the name Rescue Party, a collaboration with fellow co-writer and producer Gareth Rhys Jones.
