All Change (album)
''All Change'' is the debut album by the English band Cast, released on 16 October 1995 by Polydor. It spawned four singles: "Finetime", " Alright", "Sandstorm" and " Walkaway". It became the highest selling debut album in the history of the Polydor label. A deluxe edition was released in November 2010. Critical reception Roch Parisien of AllMusic found the album to be "the perfect antidote to the inner rage fueling much American alternative rock", praising the production and Power's musicianship for carrying anthemic positivity and exuberant delivery, saying that "Cast transcends the hackneyed expectations of its environment, structure, and genetics through sheer, relentless quality of songcraft and performance." Fine Time
"Fine Time" is a song by English rock band New Order, released as the first single from their 1989 album, '' Technique''. The song was written and partially recorded in Ibiza; its title was inspired by an incident in which band member Stephen Morris's car was towed, and he had to remember to pay the fine. The single, released on 28 November 1988, received widespread praise during its release and retrospectively. It was also a commercial success, reaching 11 on the UK Singles Chart and peaking inside the top 10 in Finland, Ireland, and New Zealand, as well as on three US '' Billboard'' genre charts. Liam Tyson
Liam Sean "Skin" Tyson (born 7 September 1969 in Liverpool) is an English guitarist, best known as the lead guitarist for Cast. Tyson's first band, Pyramid Dream, gigged regularly around Liverpool in the late 1980s and early '90s. The band released one cassette album and appeared on compilation LP "One Summer In Liverpool". In 1991, the band toured Russia as part of a cultural exchange tour organised by Liverpool City Council. Tyson didn't contribute greatly to the compositions of this band, however his contribution lying in "total dedication to his instrument". In 1994 Tyson joined Cast, the band formed by former La's bass player John Power. The band went on to sign to Polydor and released 3 studio albums, All Change, Mother Nature Calls and Magic Hour. In 2001 Power set to work on fourth album Beetroot, which featured little input from the other band members. The La's
The La's were an English rock band from Liverpool, originally active from 1983 until 1992. Fronted by singer, songwriter and guitarist Lee Mavers, the group are best known for their hit single " There She Goes". The band was formed by Mike Badger in 1983 and Mavers joined the next year, although for most of the group's history, the frequently changing line-up revolved around the core duo of Lee Mavers (vocals, guitar) and John Power (bass, backing vocals) along with numerous other guitarists and drummers including Paul Hemmings, John "Timmo" Timson, Peter "Cammy" Cammell, Iain Templeton, John "Boo" Byrne, Chris Sharrock, Barry Sutton and Neil Mavers.
