''Filthy Rich'' is a 2009 original graphic novel written by Brian Azzarello. It was one of two books to launch Vertigo's Vertigo Crime line along with Ian Rankin's ''Dark Entries''. Lee Bermejo
Lee Bermejo is an American comic book writer and artist whose published work includes interior illustrations and cover art. He is best known for his collaborations with writer Brian Azzarello including '' Lex Luthor: Man of Steel'', the '' Joker'' graphic novel, and ''Before Watchmen: Rorschach''. Career Lee Bermejo's career began in 1997 as an intern at WildStorm. He is self-taught, with little formal art training. Vertigo Comics, also known as DC Vertigo or simply Vertigo, was an imprint of American comic book publisher DC Comics started by editor Karen Berger in 1993. Brian Azzarello (born August 11, 1962 in Cleveland, Ohio) is an American comic book writer and screenwriter who first came to prominence with the hardboiled crime series ''100 Bullets'', published by DC Comics' mature-audience imprint Vertigo. Víctor Santos Montesinos (born 1977) is a cartoonist and screenwriter of Valencian comics. In 2002, he won the Prize Josep Toutain a l'Autor Revelació from the Barcelona International Comics Convention. Apart from publishing multiple comics in the Spanish market, he has worked for several American publishers like Image, DC Comics and IDW Publishing. He is one of the most fruitful Spanish authors of his generation and has been highlighted in the fantastic comic and the comic policíac. A graphic novel is a long-form, fictional work of sequential art. Ian Rankin
Sir Ian James Rankin (born 28 April 1960) is a Scottish crime writer, best known for his Inspector Rebus novels. Early life Rankin was born in Cardenden, Fife. His father, James, owned a grocery shop, and his mother, Isobel, worked in a school canteen. He was educated at Beath High School, Cowdenbeath. His parents were horrified when he then chose to study literature at university, as they had expected him to study for a trade. Encouraged by his English teacher, he persisted and graduated in 1982 from the University of Edinburgh, where he also worked on a doctorate on Muriel Spark but did not complete it. He has taught at the university and retains an involvement with the James Tait Black Memorial Prize. In June 2020, Newsarama was merged with the website GamesRadar+, also owned by FutureUS.
