The Filmfare Awards are annual awards that honour artistic and technical excellence in the Hindi-language film industry of India.Al The Filmfare ceremony is one of the most famous film events in India. Pyar Kiya To Darna Kiya
"Pyar Kiya To Darna Kya" () is a song from the famous Indian movie ''Mughal-e-Azam'' (1960), which is directed by K. Asif. The song is composed by Naushad, written by Shakeel Badayuni, and sung by Lata Mangeshkar with a chorus. It is picturised on Madhubala, who plays the role of beautiful courtesan Anarkali in the film. It is shot in technicolour in a set inspired by the Sheesh Mahal of the Lahore Fort. ''Mere Mehboob'' ("My Lover") is a 1963 Indian film directed by Harnam Singh Rawail and starring Ashok Kumar, Rajendra Kumar, Sadhana, Nimmi, Pran, Johnny Walker and Ameeta. Raja Mehdi Ali Khan (23 September 1915 – 29 July 1966) was an Indian poet, writer and a lyricist. Early life and career Raja Mehdi Ali Khan was born on 23 September 1915 at Karamabad village, near Wazirabad, Gujranwala District of Punjab, British India. Mehdi Ali lost his father when he was four. His mother Hubia Khanum who was the sister of Maulana Zafar Ali Khan, got him educated and he completed his basic education at Islamia College (Lahore). As he grew up, Mehdi Ali started working at the editorial staff of ''Phool'' and '' Tehzeeb-e-Niswan'' Urdu magazineas from Lahore. Then he joined as a writer at the All India Radio, Delhi in 1942.
