Fernando Delgadillo (born December 7, 1965) is a Mexican musician and composer. He is considered a major representative of the Folk music genre in Mexico. Biography In 1986, Delgadillo began performing in "El Sapo Cancionero", a venue in Mexico City popular with undiscovered folk singers. In 1988, he became a regular performer. Fernando Affonso Collor de Mello (; born 12 August 1949) is a Brazilian politician who served as the 32nd president of Brazil from 1990 to 1992, when he resigned in a failed attempt to stop his impeachment trial by the Brazilian Senate.
