Fernando Martínez Rubio (born 10 June 1990), known simply as Fernando, is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for, and captains, club Almería. Club career Early career Born in Murcia, Fernando finished his development in Valencia CF's youth system. He made his senior debut with Sangonera Atlético CF, spending one season in the Segunda División B. Murcia Fernando joined Real Murcia CF in the summer of 2010, playing two years with the reserves in the Tercera División. In August 2012, he was loaned to neighbouring UCAM Murcia CF in the third division. Fernando made his official debut for Murcia on 11 September 2013, in a 2–0 away loss against Hércules CF in the second round of the Copa del Rey. His Segunda División bow occurred on 24 November, as he replaced field player Daniel Toribio after Casto was sent off in the 70th minute, and kept a clean sheet in the 0–0 draw at AD Alcorcón. 2013–14 Copa Del Rey
The 2013–14 Copa del Rey was the 112th staging of the Copa del Rey (including two seasons where two rival editions were played). The competition began on 4 September 2013 and ended on 16 April 2014 with the final. The final took place at Mestalla in Valencia, and saw Real Madrid defeat Barcelona 2–1 to win their 19th title in the competition. In sports, an ejection (also known as dismissal, sending-off, disqualification, or early shower) is the removal of a participant from a contest due to a violation of the sport's rules. Club career Born in Pueblonuevo del Guadiana, Province of Badajoz, Extremadura, Casto spent four years at local Mérida UD (formative spell included), making seven league appearances for the seniors in the Segunda División B. Daniel Toribio Gutiérrez (born 5 October 1988) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Andorran club FC Santa Coloma. In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958. Prior to this most games were played with no changes permitted at all, with occasional exceptions in cases of extreme injury or players not arriving to matches on time.
