Federico Vega
Federico "Fede" Darío José Vega (born 4 February 1993) is an Argentine footballer who plays as a right back. He is currently playing for Valletta in the Maltese Premier League. Club career Born in Don Torcuato, Buenos Aires Province, Vega joined River Plate's youth setup in 2004. In January 2013 he was called up to the main squad by manager Ramón Díaz for the pre-season, being subsequently promoted to the first team. On 13 October 2013 Vega made his professional – and Primera División – debut, starting in a 0–1 away loss against Newell's Old Boys. After appearing in a 1–2 home loss against Estudiantes, he was demoted to the reserves, as Díaz was dismissed. On 4 February 2015 Vega was released by River. Late in the month, he was linked to a possible move to FC Dallas, but nothing came of it. In July 2015 Vega joined AD Alcorcón in Spain. Don Torcuato
Don Torcuato is a town in the Tigre Partido of the urban agglomeration of Greater Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is named after Marcelo Torcuato de Alvear, ex-President of Argentina, as he had his ranch and residency there. Most of the streets are named after his immediate family and his governmental staff. Don Torcuato has two train stations on the Belgrano Norte Line with direct connection to Buenos Aires, and also the nearby Pascual Palazzo highway, part of the Pan-American Highway. It formerly had a general aviation airfield, bearing the same name (''Don Torcuato'' - ICAO:List of airports by ICAO code: S#SA - Argentina, SADD), that was closed in January 2006. 2013–14 Argentine Primera División Season
The 2013–14 Primera División season was the 123rd season of top-flight professional football in Argentina. It started on August 2, 2013 and ended on May 24, 2014. Twenty teams competed in the league, seventeen returning from the 2012–13 season and three promoted from the Primera B Nacional Championship (Championship winners Rosario Central, runners-up Gimnasia y Esgrima (LP) and 3rd place Olimpo). For first time Independiente did not compete in the Primera División championship. In the first half of the season San Lorenzo became champion of the 2013 Torneo Inicial "Nietos Recuperados", winning the “Miguel Benancio Sánchez” League Cup. Juan Ramón López Muñiz (born 2 November 1968) is a Spanish former footballer who played as a central defender, currently a manager. Playing career Muñiz was born in Gijón, Asturias. During his playing days, he represented hometown club Sporting de Gijón (making his first-team debut in the 1991–92 season, at already 23), Rayo Vallecano – scoring four goals from 40 appearances during 1998–99, which granted the Madrid side La Liga promotion via the playoffs even though they finished fifth – and CD Numancia. Muñiz retired at the end of the 2001–02 campaign at the age of 33, as the team from Soria could only finish in 17th position in Segunda División.
