The Federal Prison Camp, Duluth (FPC Duluth) is a minimum-security federal prison in the West North Central states, north central United States, located in Minnesota for male offenders. It is operated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, a division of the United States Department of Justice. FPC Duluth is located on the former Duluth Air National Guard Base, Duluth Air Force Base near the southwestern tip of Lake Superior, halfway between Minneapolis–Saint Paul, Minneapolis–St. Paul and the Canada–United States border, and north of Duluth. Antoin Rezko (born 1955) is an American businessman and convict. He was a fundraiser for Illinois Democratic and Republican politicians. After becoming a major contributor to Rod Blagojevich's successful election for governor, Rezko assisted Blagojevich in setting up the state's first Democratic administration in twenty years and as a result he was able to have business associates appointed onto several state boards.
