The Canarian Football Federation ( es, Federación Canaria de Fútbol; FCF) is the football association responsible for all competitions of any form of football developed in the Canary Islands. It is integrated into the Royal Spanish Football Federation and its headquarters are located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The federation is articulated into two other federations: the Las Palmas Inter-Island Football Federation (''Federación Interinsular de Fútbol de Las Palmas'') and the Tenerife Inter-Island Football Federation (''Federación Interinsular de Fútbol de Tenerife''). The Royal Spanish Football Federation ( es, Real Federación Española de Fútbol; RFEF) is the governing body of football in Spain. It is based in La Ciudad del Fútbol of Las Rozas, a municipality near Madrid. It was founded on 14 October 1909 as ''Federación Española de Clubs de Football'', and officially founded on 29 September 1913. Tercera División ( en, Third Division) was the fourth tier of the Spanish football league system. Founded in 1929, it was below the ''Primera División'' (also known as La Liga), the ''Segunda División'', and the semi-professional ''Segunda División B''. The Divisiones Regionales de Fútbol in the Canary Islands are ultimately overseen by the Federación Canaria de Fútbol which operates Group 12 of the Tercera División RFEF, the fifth tier of the Spanish football league system, divided among each of the country's autonomous regions. The Liga Nacional Juvenil is the second level of the Spanish football league system for youth players 19 years old and under. It is administered by the RFEF and regional football federations. Currently the Liga Nacional has seventeen regional groups plus four groups from the autonomous region of the Canarias.
