Fazlur Rahman Babu
Fazlur Rahman Babu (born 22 August 1960) is a Bangladeshi actor and singer. He won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor 4 times for his roles in the films ''Shonkhonaad'' (2004), '' Meyeti Ekhon Kothay Jabe'' (2017), ''Fagun Haway'' (2019) and '' Bishwoshundori'' (2020). He also won Best Performance in a Comic Role for '' Gohin Baluchor'' (2017). Babu has also been featured in an Indian film. Early life Babu was born on 22 August 1960 at Faridpur district in the then East Pakistan. He completed his school and college life in Faridpur. His father was a service holder, thereby he had to roam one place to another around the country. Babu was interested in acting from his childhood. Faridpur District ( bn, ফরিদপুর জেলা) is a district in south-central Bangladesh. It is a part of the Dhaka Division. It is bounded by the Padma River to its northeast. The district was named after Farīd-ud-Dīn Masʿūd, a 13th century Sufi saint. A separate district was created by severing Dhaka district in 1786 and was called Dacca Jelalpur. ''Aranyak'' ( bn, আরণ্যক , literally "forest-grown, pertaining to forest") composed between 1937 and 1939 and published in 1976, is a Bengali-language novel by Bibhutibhushan Bandopadhyay, based on his long and arduous years in northern Bihar, mainly in the districts of Purnea and Bhagalpur. Aranyak literally means "Of the Forest". The novel explores the journey of the protagonist, Satyacharan, through the contrasts of the jungle and the city. Abu Sayeed (born 1962) is a Bangladeshi film director, screenwriter, and television producer. As a filmmaker he has made six full-length features and two short films, some of which have received 6 national and 4 international awards. Biography Sayeed graduated from United High School, Naogan, and then attended Government Azizul Haque College. In 1987, at the age of 25, Abu Sayeed made his first film, the short ''Aborton''. It was released the following year and won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Short Film. Sayeed started work on his second short film, ''Dhushar Jatra'', in 1989. It was released in 1992, and also won the National Award for Best Short Film. Humayun Ahmed (; 13 November 1948 – 19 July 2012) was a Bangladeshi novelist, dramatist, screenwriter, filmmaker, songwriter, scholar, and professor. His breakthrough was his debut novel ''Nondito Noroke'' published in 1972. He wrote over 200 fiction and non-fiction books, many of which were bestsellers in Bangladesh.
