Fawzia Fuad Of Egypt
Fawzia of Egypt (; 5 November 1921 – 2 July 2013), also known as Fawzia Pahlavi or Fawzia Chirine, was an Egyptian princess who became Queen of Iran as the first wife of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, Shah of Iran . Fawzia was the daughter of Fuad I, seventh son of Ismail the Magnificent. Her marriage to the Iranian Crown Prince in 1939 was a political deal: it consolidated Egyptian power and influence in the Middle East, while bringing respectability to the new Iranian regime by association with the much more prestigious Egyptian royal house. It was never a love-match, and Fawzia obtained an Egyptian divorce in 1945 (not recognised in Iran until 1948), under which their one daughter Princess Shahnaz would be brought up in Iran. In 1949, Fawzia married Colonel Ismail Chirine, an Egyptian diplomat, with whom she had a son and a daughter. Fawzia Koofi
Fawzia Koofi ( fa, فوزیه کوفی, ; born in 1975) is an Afghan politician, writer, and women's rights activist. Originally from Badakhshan province, Koofi was recently a member of the Afghan delegation negotiating peace with the Taliban in Doha Qatar. She is an ex Member of Parliament in Kabul and was the Vice President of the National Assembly. Biography Youth and education Koofi's father was a Member of Parliament (MP) for 25 years but died at the end of the first Afghan war (1979–1989), killed by Mujahideen. Born into a polygamous family of seven women, Koofi was first rejected by her parents because of her gender. Fawzia Afzal-Khan ( ur, فوزیہ افضل خان; born 1958 in Lahore, Pakistan) is a professor of English and director of the Women and Gender Studies Program at Montclair State University. Afzal-Khan received her BA from Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore, Pakistan, and her MA and PhD in English Literature from Tufts University. Princess Fawzia Farouk Of Egypt
Princess Fawzia (; 7 April 1940 – 27 January 2005) was the second daughter of King Farouk I of Egypt from his first wife Queen Farida. Early life and education Fawzia was born on 7 April 1940 in Abdeen Palace in Cairo. She was named after her paternal aunt, who was reportedly King Farouk's favourite sister. She was 12 years old when the July 1952 Revolution forced her father's abdication and departure from Egypt. Along with her two sisters, she travelled with King Farouk on his last voyage out of Egypt, and lived with him in exile in Rome. Two years later, the three young princesses were sent to a Swiss boarding school by the king. Fawzia Abdulla Yusuf Zainal (born 1961) is a Bahraini media and social activist and politician who has been Speaker of the Council of Representatives since 12 December 2018. Fawzia Abbas Fahim (born December 9, 1931, in Al-Fayoum, Egypt) is an Egyptian biochemist and environmental biologist known for her work on the anti-tumoral effects of snake venom and iodoacetate. She is currently Professor of Biochemistry at Ain Shams University, Egypt. Fahim has also made important contributions to infant and occupational health, and pollution issues in Egypt. Fahim worked as a Demonstrator in the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Chemistry at Cairo University, from 1957 to 1962.
