Jason W. Chung (born January 27, 1985), better known as Nosaj Thing, is an American artist, record producer, and DJ based in Los Angeles, California. He has produced tracks for Kendrick Lamar, Chance the Rapper, Kid Cudi, Julianna Barwick, and is the founder of Timetable Records. Biography Born in Los Angeles, California. He is of Korean descent. At the age of 12, he began to make music using computers. He self-released the debut EP, ''Views/Octopus'', in 2006. His first studio album, ''Drift'', was released on Alpha Pup Records in 2009. A remix version of the album, titled ''Drift Remixed'', was released in 2010. In 2012, he released a single, "Eclipse/Blue", which featured vocalist Kazu Makino. ''Pitchfork'' (formerly ''Pitchfork Media'') is an American online music publication (currently owned by Condé Nast) that was launched in 1995 by writer Ryan Schreiber as an independent music blog. Schreiber started Pitchfork while working at a record store in suburban Minneapolis, and the website earned a reputation for its extensive coverage of indie rock music. It has since expanded and covers all kinds of music, including pop. Pitchfork was sold to Condé Nast in 2015, although Schreiber remained its editor-in-chief until he left the website in 2019. Chancelor Johnathan Bennett (born April 16, 1993), known professionally as Chance the Rapper, is an American rapper, singer-songwriter, and record producer.
