Destiny, sometimes referred to as fate (from Latin ''fatum'' "decree, prediction, destiny, fate"), is a predetermined course of events. It may be conceived as a predetermined future, whether in general or of an individual. Fate Although often used interchangeably, the words ''fate'' and ''destiny'' have distinct connotations. *Traditional usage defines fate as a power or agency that predetermines and orders the course of events. Fate is a Danish rock band originally formed in 1984. They released four albums between 1984 and 1990 before disbanding in 1993. However, after a one-off reunion at a German music festival in 2004, Fate was reformed and released a new album, ''V'', in 2006. In 2010, the band released ''Best of Fate 25 Years'' on EMI and, in November 2011, the album ''Ghosts from the Past'' was released on AOR Heaven in EU and Rubicon in Japan. Wodehouse, first published in the United Kingdom on 3 April 1936 by Herbert Jenkins Ltd, Herbert Jenkins, London, then in the United States with a slightly different selection of stories on 24 July 1936 by Doubleday (publisher), Doubleday, Doran, New York.McIlvaine (1990), pp. 70–71, A55. Doctor Fate (also known as Fate) is the name of multiple superheroes appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The original version of the character was created by writer Gardner Fox and artist Howard Sherman, debuting in ''More Fun Comics'' #55 (May 1940). The character has appeared in various incarnations, with Doctor Fate being the name of several different individuals in the DC Universe as part of a Magician (fantasy), sorcerous Legacy hero, legacy with several attempts to revitalize the character.
