''Fat Friends The Musical'' is a stage musical by Kay Mellor with music by Nick Lloyd Webber, based on Mellor's ITV series ''Fat Friends''. Production History 2017-18 UK tour The musical made its world premiere at the Grand Theatre, Leeds in November 2017, prior to a UK tour from January to June 2018. The tour starred Jodie Prenger as Kelly, Andrew "Freddie" Flintoff in his musical theatre debut as Kevin (alternating with Joel Montague in certain venues), Sam Bailey as Betty (Elaine C. Smith at certain venues), Kevin Kennedy as Fergus, Natalie Anderson as Lauren, Natasha Hamilton as Julia Fleshman and Rachael Wooding as Joanne. 2022 UK tour In June 2021, it was announced the show would embark on a second UK tour. Nick Lloyd Webber
Nicholas Lloyd Webber (born 22 July 1979) is a Grammy nominated English composer and record producer. He is the son of composer Andrew Lloyd Webber and his first wife, Sarah Hugill. Lloyd Webber is known for scoring the BBC 1 drama ''Love, Lies and Records (Rollem Productions),'' a theatrical and symphonic version of ''The Little Prince'' based on the book by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry (co-writing with James D. Reid), which premiered at the Lyric Theatre Belfast and Theatre Calgary before headlining the Abu Dhabi music and arts festival with the Heritage Orchestra, and for the 2017 musical '' Fat Friends: The Musical'', which premiered at the Grand Theatre in Leeds and subsequently toured the UK in 2018. Natalie Anderson
Natalie Jane Anderson (born on 24 October 1981) is an English actress, singer and television presenter. She is known for her roles as Stella Davenport in the medical drama ''The Royal'' from 2005 to 2008 and Alicia Metcalfe in the ITV soap opera ''Emmerdale'' from 2010 to 2015.
