''Sosialurin'' is a Faroese newspaper located in Tórshavn. It is written in the Faroese language. The newspaper, in partnership with Føroya Tele, a Faroese telecom, operates the websitin.fo History The newspaper published its first copy on 27 May 1927, as the ''Føroya Social Demokrat'', and originally it was associated with the Social Democratic Party. From 1945 to 1955 the newspaper circulated under the name ''Føroya Sosial-Demokratur''. Havnar Bóltfelag (HB, lit. 'Harbour football club') is a Faroese football club, and is one of the oldest in the Faroe Islands. The club was founded in 1904, and is based in the city of Tórshavn. Home matches are played in Gundadalur and they compete in the Faroe Islands Premier League. History HB Tórshavn was founded in October 1904. The club's first board was elected in a meeting, on 14 November 1904. The board consisted of three people: Mads Andrias Winther, Joan Pauli Joensen and Jakup Mouritsen. B68 Toftir is a Faroese football club, playing in the village of Toftir in Betri deildin. History After being promoted to the 1. deild (now called Effodeildin) in 1980, they won the league 3 times: in 1984, 1985, and 1992. In 2004 they were relegated. 2005 saw them bounce back to the top flight, coming first in the second division, but they were again relegated from the Premier Division at end of the 2006 season. In 2007, they easily won the second division, and were promoted. In the 2008 season, they came 6th out of 10 in the Premier League. In the 2009 season, they finished in 4th place. In 2010, they finished as number 7 in the Effodeildin, and in 2011, they finished as number 6. In 2012, B68 Toftir ended as number 9 in Effodeildin and were relegated: they only needed to score one more goal against TB Tvøroyri in the final round to stay up. NSÍ Runavík
NSÍ Runavík is a Faroese football club, playing in Runavík on the island of Eysturoy. It was founded 24 March 1957. In 2003 NSÍ participated for the first time on a European stage. In 2007, the club won the Faroe Islands Premier League for the first time. The club has won the Faroe Islands Cup in 1986, 2002 and 2017. EB/Streymur is a Faroe Islands, Faroese semi-professional association football, football club based in Streymnes and Eiði. The club was founded in 1993, as result of the merger between Eiðis Bóltfelag, EB and Ítróttarfelagið Streymur, Streymur. Łukasz Cieślewicz (born 15 November 1987 in Gniezno) is a Polish football manager and former player, currently in charge of Havnar Bóltfelag women's team. Prior to that he was at Danish clubs Brøndby, and Hvidovre. Cieślewicz has won the Faroe Islands Premier League three times, and he has been named its best player twice. Club career Cieślewicz started his football with local club Mieszko Gniezno. He moved to the Faroe Islands when he was 12, when his father moved to the country to play for ÍF Fuglafjørður. Cieślewicz would play in the Faroes with VB Vágur. In 2003, aged 16, he moved from Vágur to Denmark to play for Brøndby. Víkingur is a semi-professional association football, football club in the Faroe Islands. The club was founded in 2008 after the merger of GÍ Gøta and Leirvík ÍF. The club is based in Leirvík, while the Serpugerði Stadium, stadium is in Norðragøta. Adrian Rúnason Justinussen (born 21 July 1998) is a Faroese professional footballer who plays as a forward for Danish 1st Division club Hillerød Fodbold and the Faroe Islands national team.
