''Familiada'' (''Family Olympics'') is the Polish version of ''Family Feud''. It started airing the show in 1994 on TVP2. It is hosted by actor Karol Strasburger. The biggest prize on the show is currently 25,000 złoty. From January 1, 1999 to September 21, 2019 it was 15,000 złoty. Until 1995, the award was 100,000,000 old złoty (equivalent of 10,000 new złoty). It is shown on every Saturday and Sunday at 14:00 (CET). Game Play For rules of the game, see the article entitled ''Family Feud'', as this article only describes the slight differences in the Polish version of the show. The show uses the similar rules to the American version from the 1993-94 season, and except for one change in September 2019, has not adopted the American version's rule changes. TVP 2 (TVP Dwa, ''Program II Telewizji Polskiej'', ''"Dwójka"'') is a Polish public mainstream TV channel operated by TVP. Launched in October 1970, its varied line-up contains a variety of programming (documentary, history, talk-shows, game-shows) although it focuses on entertainment: stand up comedy, comic shows, cabaret, and themed talk shows (for example on travel or foreign cultures). Standard-definition television (SDTV, SD, often shortened to standard definition) is a television system which uses a resolution that is not considered to be either high or enhanced definition. "Standard" refers to it being the prevailing specification for broadcast (and later, cable) television in the mid- to late-20th century, and compatible with legacy analog broadcast systems. The two common SDTV signal types are 576i, with 576 interlaced lines of resolution, derived from the European-developed PAL and SECAM systems, and 480i based on the American NTSC system. ''Family Feud'' is an American television game show created by Mark Goodson. It features two families who compete to name the most popular answers to survey questions in order to win cash and prizes. The show has had three separate runs, the first of which started in 1976. Its original run from 1976 to 1985 aired on American Broadcasting Company, ABC and in Broadcast syndication, syndication, with Richard Dawson as host.
