Faiz Issa Khadoom Al-Rushaidi ( ar, فايز بن عيسى الرشيدي; born 19 July 1988), commonly known as Faiz Al-Rushaidi, is an Omani footballer who plays for Mes Rafsanjan in the Persian Gulf Pro League. Club career On 3 June 2014, he signed a contract with 2014 GCC Champions League runners-up Saham SC. On 9 September 2021, he signed for Iranian side Mes Rafsanjan F.C. The Oman national football team ( ar, منتخب عُمان لكرة القدم) represents Oman in men's international football and is controlled by the Oman Football Association. The AFC Cup is an annual continental club football competition organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Under its current rules, the competition is played primarily between clubs from nations that did not receive direct qualifying slots in the top-tier AFC Champions League, based on the AFC Club Competitions Ranking. Al-Kuwait SC and Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya are the most successful clubs in the competition's history, having won three titles each. The 23rd Arabian Gulf Cup ( ar, كأس الخليج العربي) was the 23rd edition of the biennial football competition for the eight members of the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation. Omar Abdulrahman Ahmed Al Raqi Al Amoudi ( ar, عمر عبد الرحمن أحمد الراقي العمودي; born 20 September 1991) is an Emirati professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Emirati club Al Wasl F.C. and the United Arab Emirates national team. The 20th Arabian Gulf Cup ( ar, كأس الخليج العربي) was the twentieth edition of the biannual Gulf Cup competition, and took place in Aden, Yemen, from 22 November to 5 December 2010. The tournament was held in Yemen for the first time in the tournament's history, and this edition celebrated the 40th anniversary of the cup as well as the 20th anniversary of the tournament. The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) section of the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification saw 43 teams competing for 4 or 5 berths in the final tournament in Brazil. The 2013–14 Oman Professional League (known as the ''Omantel Professional League'' for sponsorship reasons) is the 38th edition of the top football league in Oman.
