Fairview Park () is a substantial private residential estate in the Yuen Long District, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is unusual in Hong Kong for consisting of freestanding houses, rather than flats. History Fairview Park was built in 1976 by Canadian Overseas Development (). The development of Fairview Park on fish farming land at Tai Shang Wai was a source of controversy at the time of its planning and construction. Concerns included ecological aspects, due to its proximity to marshland bordering Deep Bay, and the transport implications, with the majority of the inhabitants expected to work in the Victoria Harbour area. The Census and Statistics Department (C&SD; ) is the provider of major social and economic official statistics in Hong Kong. San Tin () is a loosely defined area in Yuen Long District in New Territories, Hong Kong that is part of the San Tin constituency. Unlike Hong Kong's highly urbanised areas, San Tin is sparsely populated due to its marshlands. San Tin is located near Lok Ma Chau.
