Little Big Town
Little Big Town is an American country music vocal group from Homewood, Alabama. Founded in 1998, the group has comprised the same four members since its founding: Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman (née Roads), Phillip Sweet, and Jimi Westbrook. Their musical style relies heavily on four-part vocal harmonies, with all four members alternating as lead vocalists. After a recording deal with the Mercury Nashville Records label which produced no singles or albums, Little Big Town released its self-titled debut on Monument Records in 2002. It produced two minor country chart singles before the group left the label. In 2005, the group signed to Equity Music Group, an independent record label owned by Clint Black. John Russell Fairchild (born April 28, 1943) is a retired American basketball player. Born in Encinitas, California, Fairchild played high school basketball at San Dieguito High School (class of 1961) and college basketball at Brigham Young University. In two years at BYU, he averaged 20.9 points and 12.8 rebounds per game, and was named Western Athletic Conference, WAC Player of the Year in his senior season. Fairchild was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers with the 8th pick of the 2nd round (16th overall pick) of the 1965 NBA draft. He played for the Lakers during the 1965–66 NBA season. Fairchild later played in the American Basketball Association as a 6'8" forward for the Anaheim Amigos (1967–68), averaging 10.9 points per game. Kirby James Fairchild is an American guitarist and singer-songwriter. He is best known as the lead guitarist of the indie rock bands Grandaddy and Modest Mouse. Fairchild has released solo material under the pseudonym All Smiles. Biography Born in Fresno, California, Fairchild moved to Modesto at the age of two, and began to play guitar at the age of 14. He has lived in Los Angeles, Chicago, Portland, Oregon, San Francisco, and New York City. Since 2014 he has lived in Los Angeles. Hiram Orlando Fairchild (August 14, 1845October 14, 1925) was an American lawyer and Republican politician. He was the 34th speaker of the Wisconsin State Assembly and served as the first district attorney of Marinette County, Wisconsin. His name was often abbreviated as Biography Hiram O. Fairchild was born in Newtown, Indiana, in August 1845. He was raised and educated there, attending high school in Wabash, Indiana. He went on to attend Wabash College, where he graduated in 1866.
