Fair Warning is a German hard rock band founded in 1991 by former V2 vocalist Tommy Heart and former Zeno bassist Ule W. Ritgen. Zeno Roth
Jochen "Zeno" Roth (30 June 1956 – 5 February 2018) was a German guitarist and songwriter, playing in a neoclassical/blues style. He was the younger brother of guitarist Uli Jon Roth. Biography In the 1970s, Roth and Ule W. Ritgen formed Black Angel in Hanover, and played together for a few years while attending university. After the band, which played music influenced by Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, etc., broke up in 1977, Ritgen played bass in Zeno's brother Uli Jon Roth's band Electric Sun, appearing on three of their albums. By 1980, Zeno Roth and Ule Ritgen were again working together, now playing in a more melodic style. They were joined by Michael Flexig on vocals, and the band was named Zeno. Their first (self-titled) album was released in 1986. The band supported the album with shows, including a date opening for Queen in Newcastle, England on 9 July 1986, on what was the band's last-ever tour with Freddie Mercury. Helge Engelke
Helge Engelke is a German guitar player, composer, and producer most celebrated for his guitar work in the hard rock bands Fair Warning and Dreamtide. He has also employed his considerable guitar talents in acclaimed "studio work" and has guested on various artists' albums/CDs including vocals and guitars for his friend Zeno Roth. Herr Engelke was born on 24 September 1961 in Hanover, Germany. He currently resides in Altenhorst, Niedersachsen, Germany. Helge started playing guitar at the age of 13 and soon became obsessed with the instrument and music in general. To quote Engelke, "''I listened to everything that was around. Andy Malecek
Andy Malecek is a German guitarist who has played in the bands Fair Warning and Last Autumn's Dream. Childhood Andy Malecek was born on 28 June 1964 in Berlin. He showed interest in music from a young age and took up guitar at the age of 13. His passion for music was evident as he never lost opportunities to miss classes at school so that he could play guitar. Growing up he played in several local bands. Career 1990–2000 (fair warning) Andy Malecek performed, recorded and toured with Fair Warning for 10 years. In an interview with Mika Erlandson about Andy Malecek, Mika said, "One of the best guitarists that I have ever met!" Rainmaker and Go! went Gold in Japan, while Fair Warning was nominated "Best Newcomer Band and Brightest Hope of the Year" in 1992. In 1997, Go! was nominated best album of the year. Sundancer (album)
''SUNDANCER'' is the seventh full-length studio album released by German melodic hard rock band Fair Warning. The album was recorded in 2011 thru 2012 with final mixing and production concluding in early 2013. The CD was released in Japan in April, 2013 and subsequently released in Europe and The United States in May and June 2013 respectfully. As with their previous release, 2009's ''Aura'', the band recorded as a four-piece with Tommy Heart (vocals), Helge Engelke (guitars), Ule W. Ritgen (bass) and C.C. Behrens (drums). ''Kee of Hearts'' is the eponymous first album by supergroup Kee of Hearts (Kee Marcello/Tommy Heart). It was released via Neapolitan label Frontiers Records on 15 September 2017, anticipated by singles "A New Dimension" on 27 June, "The Storm" on 13 July, "Bridge to Heaven" on August 17 and "Crimson Dawn" on 6 September. It was produced by Italian multi-instrumentalist Alessandro Del Vecchio, also involved as songwriter, keyboardist and backing vocalist.
