Fadil Nura
Fadil Nura (born 4 March 1979) is a politician in Kosovo. He was a member of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo from 2020 to 2021 and has been the mayor of Skenderaj since 2021. Nura is a member of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (''Partia Demokratike e Kosovës'', PDK). Early life and career Nura was born in the village of Prelloc in the municipality of Skenderaj, in what was then the Socialist Autonomous Province of Kosovo in the Socialist Republic of Serbia, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. He graduated from the University of Pristina's Faculty of Law in 2005 and earned a master's degree from the same institution in 2008, focusing on administrative-constitutional sciences. From 2008 to 2010, he was director of the administrative and staff department in Skenderaj. Kosovo

Kosovo Albanians
The Albanians of Kosovo ( sq, Shqiptarët e Kosovës, ), also commonly called Kosovo Albanians, Kosovar/Kosovan Albanians or Kosovars/Kosovans, constitute the largest ethnic group in Kosovo. 2021 Kosovan Local Elections
Local elections were held in Kosovo on 17 October 2021. Only 17 municipalities elected a mayor in the first round, and 21 will vote again on 14 November 2021. Bekim Hamëz Jashari (born 28 January 1975) is a Kosovo Albanian politician who served as mayor of Skenderaj in Kosovo from 22 October 2017 to 30 November 2021. Vetëvendosje
Lëvizja Vetëvendosje (, en, Self-determination Movement; LVV) is a centre-left to left-wing political party in Kosovo. It is orientated towards principles of social democracy, populism, and Albanian nationalism. Vetëvendosje was founded in 2005 as a grassroots, anti-establishment movement and as a successor of the Kosova Action Network (KAN) and participated in elections for the first time in 2010. 2021 Kosovan Parliamentary Election
Parliamentary elections were held in Kosovo on 14 February 2021. The results were a landslide victory for Vetëvendosje led by Albin Kurti and its coalition partner, Vjosa Osmani, former speaker of the parliament of Kosovo. The alliance won more than 50% of the total votes, the highest share since the first elections held in 2001, while their nearest rivals, the Democratic Party, finished in second place, trailing by more than 33%. Background The October 2019 parliamentary elections saw opposition party Vetëvendosje emerge as the largest faction in parliament, finishing just ahead of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK).
