Sami Mark Yahya, professionally known by his stage name Faderhead or also under the pseudonym Sam Nordmann, is a German electronic music producer and vocalist from Hamburg, Germany. History After releasing the track "The Protagonist" as a one-off compilation entry on the Advanced Electronics Vol. 3, Faderhead received a deal with Accession Records/Indigo to release his debut album FH1 in 2006. Positive reviews made FH1 an instant debut-success with standout tracks like "The Protagonist", "Vanish" and "O/H Scavenger". The album peaked at #5 on the German Alternative Charts (DAC) and ranked #46 on the DAC Top Albums of 2006. The year progressed and saw Faderhead play shows alongside bands like Diary Of Dreams, SITD, Painbastard and others. 2007 saw the release of the FH2 CD which featured the club hit "Dirtygrrrls/Dirtybois". Infest (festival)
Infest (originally stylised as InFest) is an annual three-day music festival held at the University of Bradford Union in the United Kingdom, featuring alternative electronic music acts, from genres including industrial, EBM, futurepop, synth-pop and power noise. The event usually takes place on the August bank holiday weekend. History Background InFest was born in early 1998 through the efforts of three students of the University of Bradford – Gareth 'Gadge' Harvey, Chris 'Crusty' Molyneux, and Max 'Maxi Slag' – and the Students' Union Entertainments Manager, Floyd Peltier. The concept of the festival was originally envisioned as a one-day event for local goth bands in West Yorkshire, but the crew were able to also onboard much bigger acts, such as gothic/death rock band Alien Sex Fiend. The Gothsicles
The Gothsicles is an American industrial and electronic body music (EBM) band formerly based out of Chicago, Illinois before moving to Boston, Massachusetts in 2018. The group was formed in Wisconsin in 2002 by Brian "darkNES" Graupner, who handles vocals and synthesizers, and is the sole consistent member. The band has a rotating lineup of live musicians, including Matt Fanale of Caustic, Matt Slegel of Angelspit, and David Dodson of Abstinence. The band released its first LP, '' NESferatu'', in 2006. Accession Records is a German independent record label created by Adrian Hates the frontman of the band Diary Of Dreams in 1995 year. Have a division sub-label, Succession Records, who recorded some bands until 2010. Early in its existence, only DoD albums were released on the label, but in 1999 contracts were signed with other bands. Aesthetic Perfection is an American electronic musical project created by Daniel Graves in 2000. Biography Aesthetic Perfection was formerly signed directly to Metropolis Records in the United States and Out of Line Records in Europe, until Graves decided to run it on his independent label Close to Human Records. Additionally, the band was licensed to Gravitator Records in Russia and Death Watch Asia in Japan. The band's third album, ''All Beauty Destroyed'', was released on November 4, 2011, in Europe and November 8, 2011, in the United States. M'era Luna Festival
The M'era Luna is a rock festival that encompasses a number of different styles such as metal, future pop, aggrotech, synthpop, gothic rock, dark wave, and ebm. It is held annually on the second weekend of every August, in Hildesheim, Germany at Flugplatz Hildesheim-Drispenstedt, a former British Army airbase. The M'era Luna includes camping facilities and has two stages: a large rock festival style structure, erected for the show each year, and a former aircraft hangar. Domenico Gerhard Gorgoglione (born 18 December 1963), known professionally as Nino de Angelo, is a German singer of Italian descent known for his 1983 chart-topper " Jenseits von Eden", and who participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 1989 with the song, " Flieger", written by Dieter Bohlen and Joachim Horn-Bernges. Lord of the Lost is a German gothic metal band from Hamburg. The band was formed by singer and frontman Chris Harms. History Lord of the Lost was founded in mid-2007 by Chris Harms as a solo project. While working on the initial songs and publishing them on MySpace, Harms received a lot of positive reception and realized that he would require a full band to play them live.
