Hassan II University of Casablanca (UH2C) (Arabic: جامعة الحسن الثاني بالدار البیضاء‎; French: Université Hassan II de Casablanca), established in 1975, is a public university which is the result of a recent merger since 1 September 2014 of two universities'': Hassan II University Ain Chock - Casablanca and the Hassan II University Mohammedia.'' Overview There are over 24,000 total students, including local and foreign. Full-time faculty teachers and professors are over eleven hundred, making it the third largest university in Morocco. Official staff total 850 people. Arabic and French are the languages of tuition at the university. For some disciplines such as law, international law and international relations, and for PhD students, it is necessary to know both French and Arabic. A seal is a device for making an impression in Sealing wax, wax, clay, paper, or some other medium, including an embossment on paper, and is also the impression thus made. Mohamed Taieb Naciri
Mohamed Taieb Naciri ( ar, محمد الطيب الناصري ; 1939 – 29 May 2012) was a Moroccan lawyer and politician who held the position of Minister of Justice between 2010 and 2012 in the cabinet of Abbas El Fassi. Naciri worked as the attorney of the Moroccan royal family during much of his career. He died of a heart attack on 29 May 2012 whilst attending an official meeting in Rabat. Abd Al Latif Mahfouz (Arabic: عبد اللطيف محفوظ) Moroccan critic and intellectual, and professor of higher education at Letters and Human Sciences faculty, Benmic – Hassan II University in Casablanca. He is also the coordinator of the semiotics laboratory and analysis of literary and artistic discourses of the same faculty. Fatima Marouan
Fatima Marouan, also Fatema Marouane, (born 1952) is a Moroccan physician, business executive and politician. From 2002 to 2005, she headed the Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases unit of the Ibn Rochd University Hospital in Casablanca. Soumaya Naamane Guessous
Soumaya Naamane Guessous is a Moroccan sociologist, champion of women's rights, and columnist. She is best known as author of the book ''Au-delà de toute pudeur'', first published in 1988, about the sexual life of Moroccan women. Based on Naamane Guessous' academic research in the 1980s among 500 women of different social backgrounds and ages, the book became soon a best-seller in Morocco, selling 40.000 copies in 5 years, and was dubbed "a little revolution" in the French presse, observing that "the first time a 'decent woman', a Muslim, calls a spade a spade".
