Fabulous were a British rock band formed in 1991 by ''NME'' journalist Simon Spence (a.k.a. Dudfield) and ''NME'' photographer Martyn Goodacre, initially under the name Baggy. ''Fabulous'' is the 15th (and most recent) album by Scottish singer Sheena Easton, released in November 2000. The album charted in the UK at #185 and contains Euro Hi-NRG cover versions of hit songs from the 1970s and '80s, most of them disco classics. The album also contains two original compositions. The first single released from the album was a cover of "Giving Up Giving In", which had originally been a hit for the Three Degrees in 1978. Easton's version was less successful, peaking at #54 on the UK Singles Chart. A second single was released in 2001, a cover of Donna Summer's 1982 hit " Love Is in Control" with double A-side "Don't Leave Me This Way" with an accompanying video that was taken from footage of Easton's album launch concert at G-A-Y nightclub in London. However, this too was unsuccessful and shelved indefinitely. The Tamperer featuring Maya was an Italian dance music group consisting of Italian record producers Mario Fargetta and Alex Farolfi, and American singer Maya Days. Later, Giuliano Saglia and GianLuca Mensi would join the project. It achieved European success in 1998 with the chart-topping single " Feel It". The film centres on Laurie ( Noémie O'Farrell), Clara (Juliette Gosselin) and Élisabeth ( Mounia Zahzam), three young female friends who document the ups and downs of their lives on social media. John David Jackson (born November 18, 1977), better known by his stage name Fabolous, is an American rapper. Raised in Brooklyn, he first gained recognition while still a senior in high school, when he performed live on American music executive DJ Clue's radio show, then on WQHT, Hot 97. Jackson subsequently signed to DJ Clue's Desert Storm Records, Desert Storm imprint, and later secured a distribution deal with major-label, Elektra Records, Elektra. Jackson gained prominence with his first release, ''Ghetto Fabolous'' (2001), which spawned the hit singles "Can't Deny It" (featuring Nate Dogg) and "Young'n (Holla Back)".
