Fábio Henrique Tavares (born 23 October 1993), known as Fabinho () and nicknamed Fab, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Liverpool and the Brazil national team. A versatile player who mainly plays as a defensive midfielder, Fabinho can also be deployed as a right-back or centre-back. Fabinho is often viewed as one of the best defensive midfielders in the world. After starting off at Fluminense, he transferred to Rio Ave in 2012. He spent his entire time there out on loan, first at Real Madrid Castilla, and made one substitute appearance for the first team. Fábio Alves Macedo (born 16 March 1985 in Ariquemes) known as Fabinho, is a Brazilian footballer. He has played in numerous State football leagues in Brazil during his playing career in his native country and has played for the Brazil U20 team. As a left back, he is known for his attacking and crossing abilities. Youth career Fabinho began his youth career at Guairá Futebol Clube at age 12. He then played for several São Paulo-based teams in 1999 ( Botafogo Futebol Clube), 2000 ( Gremio Esportivo Saocarlense) and 2001 (Bandeirante). In 2002, he joined Portuguesa Londrinense. Antônio Fábio Francês Cavalcante (born 27 November 1983), commonly known as Fabinho Capixaba, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a right back. Club career Born in Vitória, Espírito Santo, Fabinho Capixaba graduated from Desportiva's youth setup, but made his senior debuts for América Mineiro. Fábio José dos Santos, or simply Fabinho Santos (born June 26, 1973 in Telha), is a Brazilian former player and now football (soccer) manager. Fabinho Santos played for Vitória, Joinville and Coritiba in the Campeonato Brasileiro. At the end of the 1998 Campeonato Brasileiro season, Fabinho joined Swiss club Basel's first team during the winter break of their 1997–98 season under head coach Guy Mathez. In this season Fabinho appeared in just two test games, then in the following season he received more playing time. After playing in two test games Fabinho played his domestic league debut for the club in the home game in the St. Jakob Stadium on 15 August 1998 as Basel won 2–0 against Xamax. Fábio Pereira de Azevedo (1 January 1977 – 2 February 2018), known as Fabinho Baiano or simply Fabinho, was a footballer who played as a striker. Born and raised in Brazil, he was naturalized by Togo and played for that national team.
