Fabid Ahmed
Fabid Farooque Ahmed (born 27 July 1995) is an Indian cricketer who has represented Kerala and presently Pondicherry in domestic cricket. He is an all-rounder who bats right-handed and bowls right-arm off-spin. Early life Fabid was born on 27 July 1995 in Thalassery in Kannur district of Kerala. He comes from the family of former Ranji players CTK Usman Kutty and CTK Masood. He is a resident of Mahe. He has an elder brother Fazil, also a cricketer. Domestic career Fabid has represented India South Zone at U-19 level. He took 14 wickets in the C K Nayudu Trophy U-23 tournament in 2014. He has also captained many age-group Kerala teams. The Sikkim cricket team is a cricket team that represents the state of Sikkim in Indian domestic competitions. In July 2018, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) named the team as one of the nine new sides that would compete in domestic tournaments for the 2018–19 season, including the Ranji Trophy and the Vijay Hazare Trophy. However, prior to the start of the tournament, the team did not have a ground to play first-class cricket on. Unlike some of the other new teams, Sikkim decided to enter their first List A competition with a team made up entirely of home-grown players. 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy
The 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy was the 17th season of the Vijay Hazare Trophy, a List A cricket tournament in India. Karnataka were the defending champions. It was contested by 37 domestic cricket teams of India, starting on 19 September 2018, ahead of the 2018–19 Ranji Trophy. In April 2018, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) reinstated Bihar for the competition, bringing the total teams to 29. In July 2018, the BCCI increased the total number of teams to 37, with the addition of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Puducherry, Sikkim and Uttarakhand. The Pondicherry cricket team (also Puducherry cricket team) is a cricket team that represents the state of Puducherry in Indian domestic competitions.
