JavaFX
JavaFX is a software platform for creating and delivering desktop applications, as well as rich web applications that can run across a wide variety of devices. JavaFX has support for desktop computers and web browsers on Microsoft Windows, Linux, and macOS, as well as mobile devices running iOS and Android. On desktops, JavaFX supports Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, macOS and Linux operating systems. Beginning with JavaFX 1.2, Oracle has released beta versions for OpenSolaris. On mobile, JavaFX Mobile 1.x is capable of running on multiple mobile operating systems, including Symbian OS, Windows Mobile, and proprietary real-time operating systems. FX is an American pay television channel owned by FX Networks, LLC, a subsidiary of the Disney General Entertainment Content unit of The Walt Disney Company. It is based at the Fox Studios lot in Century City, California. FX originally launched on June 1, 1994. The network's original programming aspires to the standards of premium cable channels in regard to mature themes and content, high-quality writing, directing and acting. Sister channels FXM and FXX were launched in 1994 and 2013, respectively. FX also carries reruns of theatrical films and terrestrial-network sitcoms. The Athlon 64 is a ninth-generation, AMD64-architecture microprocessor produced by Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), released on September 23, 2003. It is the third processor to bear the name ''Athlon'', and the immediate successor to the Athlon XP. The second processor (after the Opteron) to implement the AMD64 architecture and the first 64-bit processor targeted at the average consumer, it was AMD's primary consumer CPU, and primarily competed with Intel's Pentium 4, especially the ''Prescott'' and ''Cedar Mill'' core revisions. AMD FX was a series of high-end AMD microprocessors for personal computers which debuted in 2011, claimed as AMD's first native 8-core desktop processor. The line was introduced with the Bulldozer microarchitecture at launch (codename Zambezi), and was then succeeded by its derivative Piledriver in 2012 (codename Vishera). FX Airguns AB is a Swedish manufacturer of air rifles based in Mariestad, Västra Götaland. Founded by Fredrik Axelsson in 1999, the company is famous for its extensive line of competition and hunting pre-charged pneumatic (PCP) rifles. ''FX'' is a six-issue comic book limited series written and created by Wayne Osborne and drawn by John Byrne. It was published by IDW Publishing in 2008. Osborne, a lifelong comics fan, realized his dream by hiring Byrne, a prominent professional comics artist, to help create his own comic book title. Publication history ''FX'' was created by writer Wayne Osborne, who commissioned artist John Byrne to draw it. John Byrne made it known on his message board that he was open to full-comic commissions, at a cost of $20,000 an issue. Osborne hired Byrne; this was Osborne's first comic book. The production was done using the Marvel Method where the story is plotted, the art is drawn and then the script finalised because, as Byrne says, "that eliminated about 90% of the mistakes newbie writers make."
