Fudbalski klub Sarajevo ( en, Sarajevo Football Club) is a Bosnian professional football club based in Sarajevo, Sarajevo Canton, the capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is one of the most successful clubs in the country. Fudbalski klub Sarajevo (; English: Sarajevo Football Club) is a professional football club based in Sarajevo, the capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is one of the most successful clubs in the country. Founded on 24 October 1946, FK Sarajevo was the most successful club from SR Bosnia and Herzegovina in the former SFR Yugoslavia, winning two Yugoslav First League titles, finishing runners-up on two other occasions and placing 6th in that competition's all-time table. Today, FK Sarajevo is one of the most prominent members of the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where it has won five Bosnian championships, seven Bosnian Cups and one Bosnian Supercup. Alen Avdić (born 3 April 1977) is a Bosnian-Herzegovinian retired footballer who last played for FK Sarajevo. Zijad Arslanagić (April 18, 1936 – January 7, 2020) was a Bosnian football player. He had one cap for the Yugoslav national team. Club career After beginning to play in a minor local club in his home town, FK Gimnazijalac, he signed with the city's most prominent club FK Leotar where he played between 1953 and 1956. Boško Antić
Božidar "Boško" Antić ( sr-Cyrl, Божидар Бошко Антић, ; 7 January 1944 – 4 December 2007) was a Yugoslav and Serbian professional football manager and former player. Playing career Being drafted into the youth setup of Sarajevo from local side UNIS Vogošća at the age of thirteen, he started his senior career with the maroon-whites in 1965. A young and polyvalent team made up of home grown players such as Mirsad Fazlagić, Boško Prodanović, Vahidin Musemić and Antić would clinch the Yugoslav First League title in the 1966–67 season, and in doing so become the first championship-winning side in the club's history. Antić was one of the most prolific members of said team, finding the back of the net on 14 separate occasions during the title-winning campaign, while scoring a total of 140 goals in 276 appearances in all competitions for the club. Marin Aničić (; born 17 August 1989) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Bosnian Premier League club Sarajevo. Aničić started his professional career at Zrinjski Mostar, before joining Astana in 2014. Five years later, he moved to Konyaspor. In 2022, he signed with Sarajevo. Mehmed Alispahić
Mehmed Alispahić (born 24 November 1987) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder. Club career Alispahić began his career with Iskra Bugojno in the First League of FBiH. He then joined Croatian 1. HNL club Šibenik in 2008. In May 2011, Alispahić agreed to a transfer to Dinamo Zagreb, where he stayed for a year and a half, before moving on a free transfer to Rijeka in late December 2012. After a short spell at Sarajevo, he returned to Šibenik.
